The Authoritarian Actions Abroad Database (AAAD), by Alexander Dukalskis, captures 1,177 incidents of transnational repression by authoritarian states between 1991 and 2019. The database is structured with the "event" as the unit of analysis, but it also codes the source country of action, the country in which the incident occurred, the individuals or groups being targeted by their home state, as well as the date in which the incident occurred.
