A project of Plan Cóndor, the South America's Transnational Human Rights Violation (THRV) database contains factsheets on 805 Operation Condor victims, as well as a selection of 20 cases with text and audio description. Plan Cóndor is a joint initiative between the University of Oxford and several organizations in Uruguay and Chile.
