Measures like designating Palestinian human rights groups as terrorist organizations allows Israel to suppress dissent without garnering significant reputational damage as a result. Munayyer argues that the U.S. and European allies should refuse to cooperate with Israel's repression campaign, and that Israel should suffer the same reputational consequences as other countries that engage in transnational repression.
